Reacting player: A player who can Play Reaction Cards out-of-turn in response to the Cards or Actions the Active player plays.

Dominance, Dominant Player

A player who has 20 or more Power in play at the end of their turn can claim Dominance, to become the Dominant Player

When a player claims Dominance, all other players lose Dominance.

If a Dominant Player begins their Turn with 20 or more Power: they win the game.

Drafting Cost

Cards in the Draft Deck(s) can have a Drafting Cost.

To draft a Card with Drafting Cost you need to spend as many influence points as the cost is.

Faction

Each Starting Deck card belongs to a Faction.

A card belonging to a Faction has a Faction symbol instead of a Drafting Cost.

Power

Some cards have a Power score. If a card does not have Power score (or of the score is replaced with a Faction symbol) the card has no Power.

The Power a player has in play is calculated by adding up the Power scores of the cards they have in play.

Reacting player

A player who plays a card, or activates a card in play, outside their turn.

Starting Deck

Each player starts the game with a Starting Deck. This deck can be customized.

All cards in a Starting Deck have to have the same Faction symbol. The deck must have 5 cards and an have up to 19 cards. The Starting Deck can not contain multiple copies of a card.
